We Did It!!!
Gracie and I and the rest of our WMAAA team, not to mention the 600 girls total, finished out the Girls on the Run season with our end of the season "Wondergirl 5k" Race this morning in Grand Haven. Gracie and I decided to stay together the whole race and be "running buddies". We had an awesome time. The weather was awful and I am quite sick with sinus/allergy junk but we "Pressed On". There were so many people there to cheer us on and it was a great accomplishment for everyone. Steve took a short video of Gracie and I crossing the finish line together (below) We decided to sprint out the last few meters. I am so proud of Gracie! It was a great experience to run the race together!

Congrats GIRLS! You both ROCK!! Thanks for everything this season! I had a blast ~ I will miss our time together every week. We NEED to do something else - but, seriously - does it have to involve RUNNING?
